Introduce
Semi-Automatic Solder Paste Printer is a device used to apply solder paste on printed circuit boards (PCBs). It is an important step in the SMT (Surface Mount Technology) assembly process and is used to accurately apply solder paste to the pads on the PCB so that components can be soldered to the PCB in the subsequent patch process.

working principle:
 
1.Preparation: Place the PCB on the workbench and adjust and position it according to the PCB size and positioning marks.
2.Stencil preparation: Place the printed stencil (also called stencil) on the stencil fixture and make sure it is aligned with the PCB.
3.Solder paste application: Start the semi-automatic solder paste printer, move the printing scraper smoothly through the template, scrape the solder paste evenly through the template holes, and apply the solder paste to the PCB pads through the openings of the template.
4.Unload the PCB: After printing is completed, remove the PCB coated with solder paste from the workbench.
