Introduce
A PCB Turn Conveyor is a device used in the electronics manufacturing process as a conveyor system for turning or rotating printed circuit boards (PCBs) on the production line. It is often used on surface mount (SMT) production lines to enable PCB orientation changes or position changes between different process steps.
The main function of PCB Turn Conveyor is to transfer PCB from one direction or position to another to adapt to the requirements of subsequent process steps. It can achieve the following operations:
Flip function: PCB Turn Conveyor can flip PCB from one side to another for double-sided assembly during SMT process. By transferring the PCB to the flipping device and then rotating or flipping it, ensure the components on the other side are mounted or soldered.
Rotation function: Sometimes it is necessary to rotate the PCB from one direction to another in order to interface with subsequent process equipment or machines. PCB Turn Conveyor can achieve fast and accurate rotation operation to ensure correct alignment of PCB on the production line.
Connection lines: PCB Turn Conveyor is usually connected with other equipment or conveying systems to achieve seamless PCB conveyance. It can be matched with upstream and downstream equipment to ensure smooth flow of PCBs on the production line.

Application
Turn Conveyor is used to transfer PCBs around corners for continued process flow. Available in clock wise or counter clock wise rotation. This unit is used to redirect PCBs in a production line.
The PCB is accepted and transferred to the end of the rails. The carriage shuttles forward and then turns 90 degrees. The carriage shuttles forward to align with the next process to deliver the PCB. Once transferred, the carriage returns home to request another PCB.
