Ultra Low Cutting Force Stress PCB Depaneling Machine
Introduction
Powered by a combination of air pressure and electricity, this machine utilizes double linear blade cutting, making it ideal for PCB depaneling with high standards. It boasts ultra-low cutting force stress, ensuring that boards remain well-protected and unbent. Additionally, the cutting surface is smooth and flat, devoid of any imperfections. Furthermore, the machine is equipped with a counter that accurately tracks the number of separation times.
Features
The machine employs linear blade depaneling, with a foot switch to activate the blade.
It safely shears boards, even with parts as close as 0.5mm to the score line, ensuring precision and safety.
Boards are inserted into the blade through a v-shaped slot for accurate alignment and cutting.
Both air pressure (pneumatic power) and electricity are required to operate the machine.
The distance between the two blades can be adjusted to accommodate different PCB thicknesses and cutting requirements.
The depanelizer is mounted on a standard-height stainless steel structure for durability and stability.
The machine features wheels for easy mobility and positioning.
