It is suitable for cleaning large quantities of water-soluble solder paste PCBA. MT-6100 online cleaning machine is also suitable for products that use DI water for batch cleaning in other industries, such as automobiles, medical, LED, smart meters, 3D glasses, batteries, hardware devices, etc.
Machine features:
1. Online, large batch DI water washing system.
2. Excellent cleaning effect, effectively removing organic and inorganic contaminants such as water-soluble flux.
3. Multi-zone water washing process, pre-cleaning, cleaning, finally spraying, wind cutting, infrared hot air drying process are completed in order.
4. Adopt the overflow method from the back section to the front section, automatically update and replenish DI water.
5. The pressure of the up and down spray DI water can be adjusted, and there is a pressure gauge display.
6. The DI water jet pressure can reach 80PSI, which can completely penetrate into the bottom gap of PCBA and clean thoroughly.
7. Standard equipped with resistivity monitoring system, measuring range 0~18MΩ.
8. PCB flat mesh belt conveyor system runs smoothly.
9. PLC control system, Chinese/English operation interface, easy to set up, change, store, and call the program.
10. SUS304 stainless steel body, strong and durable, resistant to acid, alkaline, and other cleaning fluids.
