INFINITE™ MT-5100 solvent and water-based cleaning fluid operated pneumatic fixture cleaning machine is fully pneumatically controlled and no electricity requirements. This machine is specially designed for regular cleaning of reflow oven fixtures/trays in the SMT industry; also used for lead-free reflow oven condensers and filters Flux cleaning. The machine adopts pneumatic control, easy to operate, and safe to use. MT-5100 cleaning machine body is made of all stainless steel body that makes this machine capable of acid and alkali resistance, sturdy and durable and with beautiful appearance. Water-based cleaning fluid or solvent can be used for cleaning.
Features:
1. Fully pneumatically controlled, no electricity is required to ensure the absolute safety of the cleaning process without any worries.
2. All stainless steel body, acid and alkali resistance, sturdy and durable, beautiful appearance.
3. One-button simple operation, the whole process of high-pressure cleaning + high-pressure rinsing + compressed air drying is automatically completed.
4. Airtight cleaning and rinsing. The cleaning liquid and rinsing liquid are circulated and filtered in the machine to reduce the use cost.
5. Water-based cleaning fluid or solvent can be used for cleaning.
6. The standard is equipped with the function of automatically adding and draining rinsing liquid.
7. Inner lock type safety design, the machine stops working immediately when the door is opened.
8. Imported rotating motor to ensure smooth cleaning operation.
