The MS08-19-R belongs to the MIXPAC MS machine series of disposable mixing tubes, serving as a standard SMT dispensing consumable widely adopted by electronics factories in Europe and America. Compatible with all types of automatic two-component dispensing equipment, this mixer features a 19-element yellow POM spiral core, transparent PP tube body, and standard round bell inlet.
Designed to evenly blend epoxy, PU, thermal conductive gel, and structural adhesives, it prevents glue separation while supporting long-term continuous mass production with a maximum working pressure of 1500PSI. The stepped outlet accommodates various dispensing needles, making it ideal for SMT processes including chip underfill, FPC reinforcement, PCB sealing, and power module bonding.
