Interflux IF930 deoxidising gel is dedicated nozzle maintenance paste for ERSA selective soldering nozzles. Two sizes are available for customers: 10cc and 30cc. All product photos displayed on this page are the regular 30cc version (P/N 179905). The alternative 10cc mini size (P/N 179904) shares the exact same formula and cleaning performance, only different in capacity, to meet demands of mass production and sampling test.
This halogen free cleaner rapidly removes solder oxide without scratching nozzle surfaces. Fully compatible with ERSA Versaflow series machines, it supports both lead-free and SnPb soldering processes. Widely adopted by PCB assembly factories across Europe and North America, it stabilizes soldering quality and raises production yield.

A2: All pictures on the page belong to the 30cc large size (179905). The 10cc (179904) is a smaller version with completely same gel formula and cleaning effect, only the syringe volume is smaller. 30cc is cost-effective for long-term mass production; 10cc is portable for new product sampling and small-line small-batch stock. Both sizes can be ordered separately.
Q3: How often should this nozzle maintenance paste be applied?
A3: Apply every 3-5 hours for lead-free production lines; apply once per shift for SnPb production lines.
Q4: Will this halogen free cleaner damage nozzles or PCBs?
A4: No. The mild gel only dissolves oxide layers and leaves no residue on circuit boards.
