The fiber laser of ZT-JG6S machine adopts the maintenance-free type, which saves the regular cleaning of the resonator and the calibration and maintenance of the optical path in the daily use, the fiber laser cutting machine is more environmentally friendly and simple and convenient.
Mainly suitable for cutting ultra-hard materials ( PCD, PCBN, Cemented Carbide, Ceramics). It can also cut some materials that can not be machined by wire cutting. The cutting surface is fine, with high cutting speed, precision and working efficiency. It is more superior than normal YAG pump laser cutting machine by 2 times.

• Z axis step motor drive and A axis as rotary axis, can process the material with relief angle.

To ensure the normal use of laser cutting machine, it is necessary to carry out daily maintenance and maintenance of the equipment; regularly to the laser heat dissipation system reasonable dust; regularly to the X axis, Y axis of the limit switch is sensitive.
Daily maintenance and maintenance
1. Check the operation of the laser carefully before turn on daily, check the equipment button indicator lamp, stop the ammonium button key switch is not normal.
2. check the circulating water level of water cooler water tank, if not
added in time.
3. Check protective lens for damage before daily cutting.
4. Clean up the dust and debris inside the worktable after each shift is completed.
5. After one year of using , the machine tool and worktable should be adjusted regularly to ensure the cutting accuracy of the machine tool
If the equipment is not in use for a long time, please apply butter to the moving parts and rust-prone parts of the machine tool to prevent rust.
