This peanut butter production line mainly includes a peanut roaster machine, peanut peeling machine, peanut butter grinder and peanut flling machine.

Processing: De-stoner---Roasting--Blanching---Picking---First Grinding---Mixing ---Second Grinding--Mixing Tank--Cooling ---De-gassing---Filling
De-stoner: Gravity peanut destoner is mainly used for peanut, beans. and its for removing the hip stone and other impurity.
Roasting: Roasting peanut in 25-30 minutes by 150-160 degree. its continuous and fully automatic roasting process from feeding peanuts to roasted peanut comes out. this roaster have cooling system and can get cooled roasted peanut directly.
Blanching: remove roasted peanut skin . about peanut blanching machine, we have two model one is belt type peanut blanching machine and another is air peanut blanching machine. remove red skin to get split kernel. 100% peanut will be split two pieces.
Picking/ color sorting: take our unpeeled peanut by color sorter or take out by manual.
First Grinding : it get 60-80 mesh after the first grinding peanut kernel.
Mixing: add sugar, salt when peanut butter from the first grinding machine to second grinding.
Second Grinding : it get 150-160mesh after second grinding.
Mixing Tank: This mixing tank is used for mixing peanut butter with sugar, salt and other ingredients. and it also have function of cooling peanut butter.
Cooling: Peanut butter cooler is designed to cool down the temperature of peanut butter into room temperature, it realize the hot peanut butter in and cold peanut butter out continuously, the outlet can connect with peanut filling machine directly.
De-gassing Tank: The air is removed from the peanut butter by vacuum pump to it smoother.
This machine is widely applied in the industrial productions of food (Peanut butter, sesame jam, almond nuts butter, soy milk, dairy products, soft drinks and etc.), medicine (syrups, nutrition liquid, Chinese herb extracts, poultice and etc.), daily chemical products (tooth paste, cosmetic, washing agent and etc.), chemical industry products (pigment, dye, dope, lubricant, petroleum activator and etc.) and the flotation and emulsification of the explosives.
