※Working Principle:
 
The roasting equipment is driven by a motor chain to drive the nuts laid flat on the mesh belt to move forward; the roasting part passes through the material layer through the hot air to exchange heat with the material to achieve high-quality roasting; the cooling part passes through the material layer through the cold air It exchanges heat energy with materials to realize rapid cooling of nuts.

Each section of the dry fruit roaster machine has an independent temperature automatic control system, and the current temperature and set temperature can be checked through the thermostat. In the process of continuous roasting of nuts, the thickness of the spreading material, the heating temperature and the speed of the mesh belt are adjusted according to the process requirements.

1.The temperature is controllable. The heating temperature is adjustable between 0-300 °C to achieve constant temperature roasting. Automatic temperature control device and time control device can prevent the product from over-roasting.
 
2.Roast evenly. The interior adopts a continuous roasting and cooling structure, the material is constantly roasted during the roasting process, and the heat penetrates evenly.
