※Description:
The automatic almond skin peeler machine is a professional equipment to remove the skin of soaked almonds, peanuts, soybeans and chickpeas. The peeling rate is high and pollution-free. The equipment is powered by three-phase electricity with 220V/380V voltage. All can be changed.
※Working Principle:
Pour the soaked almonds into the hopper, and shake the raw materials into the rotating rubber wheel fixed by the three power rollers. The raw material skin is cut by the blade on the knife holder, and then the peeling almonds are pressed into the hopper by the discharging wheel, and Exhausted in the hopper, the outer skin is pulled out through the suede wheel.

The unique feature of this machine is that the peeling rate is high, the almond after peeling is not broken, the color is white, the surface is not browning, and the protein is invariable. While peeling, the skin and kernel are separated automatically, with high efficiency and convenient operation.
※Advantage:
The peeling machine uses wet process, specifically for off chickpeas, peanuts, broad beans, peas, almonds (also known as stripping) special equipment. The peeler machine is an essential equipment for deep processing of peanuts, almonds, broad beans and soybeans. It is mainly used for the peeling process of peanut milk, almond milk, almond powder, fried peanuts, peanut cake, peanut candy and peanut protein powder. At the same time, it can also be used as a press peeling treatment before the production of large peanut almond oil press.
※Opearting Points:
1. According to the requirements of the motor, after connecting the power supply, light switch to check whether the rotation direction is correct (the rotation direction is marked by the triangular belt wheel). After adding water, turn on the power supply. After the machine runs for 5 minutes, it starts to work.
2. Before starting the new equipment, all parts of the screw should be re-strengthened, especially the fastening screw of each part should be carefully checked.
3. The almond skin peeler must be cleaned and kept clean after use.
