※Working Principle
In the automatic coating machine, a base material feed hopper with a pneumatically controlled slide gate delivers the product to a PLC-controlled weighing scale. After precise metering, the batch is fed into the coating chamber, which rotates and delivers the base material to the chamber walls.
The solution is fed into a high-speed rotating disc-type liquid applicator via a positive displacement pump, while the powder is alternately circulated through a unidirectional dispenser. The dry material dispenser's cycle time depends on the product type and the amount of added ingredients.
