Description:
Our air peeling machine uses cutting-edge technology to easily remove the outer shells of peanuts while maintaining a smooth, undamaged surface.
Pulls pass through a hopper and enter a Z-type elevator, where they travel to a peeling drum equipped with spiral blades. Compressed air is blown in, causing the material to roll and rub against the spiral blades, effectively peeling the peanuts. Impurities and red peanuts generated during the peeling process are transported by the airflow into the primary dust collection chamber, where the dust is spun and settled by the airflow, while the red peanuts are collected by a cyclone separator. The peeled material is then discharged onto a vibrating screen, where impurities are removed from the mesh, resulting in perfectly peeled peanuts.
