The automatic coating machine features a base material feed hopper with pneumatically controlled slide gate that delivers product to a PLC-controlled weighing scale. A positive displacement pump feeds solution into a high-speed rotating disc-type liquid applicator, while a unidirectional dispenser alternates powders through cyclic feed. The dry material dispenser's cycle time is optimized based on product type and ingredient quantities.
