High-performance industrial chopping machine designed for processing roasted peanuts, cashews, and almonds into uniform pieces for applications in doughnut toppings, ice cream mix-ins, and food production.
The Peanut Chopping Machine is engineered to chop roasted peanuts into precisely sized pieces. This industrial-grade equipment operates specifically on split blanched peanuts to ensure optimal processing results.
Featuring an advanced two-stage chopping process, split blanched peanuts are fed into the chopper via vertical conveyor. Material undergoes initial coarse grain chopping in the first stage, then progresses to the second stage where it becomes mixed granulators. The integrated vibrating sifter sorts output into four uniform specifications: 5-8 mesh, 8-10 mesh, 10-12 mesh, with material below 12 mesh achieving powder texture.
