With growing demand for high‑quality nut processing equipment, our Automatic Coating Machine adopts unique centrifugal coating action to solve uneven coating issues of traditional equipment. Built with premium food‑grade stainless steel, it ensures stable long‑term operation.
The full unit consists of pneumatic feeding hopper, PLC controlled weighing scale, coating chamber, high‑speed spinning disc liquid applicator, positive displacement pump and dry‑ingredient distributor. It completes full‑automatic batch processing from material feeding to finished coated nut output.
Cycle times can be adjusted based on product varieties and ingredients. Raw materials are accurately batched by PLC weighing unit and sent into coating chamber. Rotation throws materials toward chamber wall. Liquid is pumped to spinning disc, while powder is added in alternate cycles via dry‑ingredient distributor.
Accurate control on batch size, liquid and powder feeding guarantees consistent finished products. It suits dough‑coated peanuts, split broad beans, sunflower seeds, wasabi green peas and various coated nut snacks.
