The peanut chopper is used to chop roasted peanuts into particles of different sizes. The peanut chopper adopts a two-stage chopping process. The peeled peanuts are fed into the chopper via a vertical conveyor, chopped into coarse particles by the first-stage chopping device, and then enter the second-stage chopper to mix into particles. The vibrating screen is used to convey and remove impurities from various foods, such as peanut shells, peanut kernels, etc. The equipment drives the vibrating body through an eccentric shaft driven by a motor. The material in the screen body is removed of impurities through the screen, and the finished product is conveyed to the next process. Under the action of the vibrating screen, the peanut particles are screened into four uniform specifications. The size after chopped is usually divided into above 4mm, 2.5-4mm, 1.8-2.5mm, 1.4-1.8mm, and below 1.4mm
