The complete equipment is organized into five integrated systems: feeding, peeling, red skin collection, discharging, and PLC control.
The specialized blanching chamber features a unique cavity design where the blanching host automatically executes programmed air blowing and release cycles to complete the blanching process. This results in perfectly blanched peanuts with undamaged surfaces, achieving a 98% peeling rate and 85% overall blanching efficiency.
