The automatic coating machine is ideal for coating dough peanuts, cashew kernels, bean kernels, flavored coffee, nuts, sunflower seeds and other products.
The machine has a base material supply hopper with pneumatically controlled slide gates, which can convey the product to the PLC-controlled weighing scale. Accurately metered batches of base material are fed into the coating chamber. Rotation conveys the base material to the coating chamber wall. Solutions are fed into the high-speed rotating disc liquid applicator by a positive displacement pump, and powders are delivered in an alternating cycle by a one-way distributor. The cycle time depends on the product type and the amount of ingredients added.
Precise control of batch size and delivery of liquids and powders maintains the consistency of the final coated product.
