Anti-Rust Painting creates a physical seal through multiple coats. The process is demanding, requiring thorough surface preparation, like blast cleaning, for the primer, thickness layers, and the final color/UV layer to adhere. Painting's benefits lie in design versatility and ease of on-site repair, but its overall lifespan is directly limited by the initial application quality.

Hot-Dip Galvanization (HDG) represents a significantly more durable option. It involves dipping cleaned steel into molten zinc, forming an extremely tough metallurgical bond of zinc-iron alloy. HDG's strength comes from its two-fold protection: it serves as a robust barrier while simultaneously offering cathodic protection, which sacrifices the zinc to save the steel from corrosion even after a breach. This guarantees complete, uniform coverage and a low-maintenance lifespan often measured in decades.

Yes,But we will provide very detailed installation drawings and videos. Generally, you can install it locally,they are all prefabricated and bolted.
Otherwise , we can also send engineer for guiding installation.
5. What's the payment term?
We have two payment terms.
1) 30% advance payment before producing by T/T, and 70% balance by T/T before shipping.
2) 100% irrevoable L/C
