The raw materials we use to make our die are high chromium stainless steel. It has an optimized carbon chromium ratio and refined grain elements, making it highly wear and fatigue resistant.
We have the capability of forging raw materials and employ a scientific early-stage heat treatment process. Our die holes have been made with a European gun drilling process that, in combination with our vacuum heat treatment process, gives our holes a finish of Ra 0.4 ~ 1.6 and a ring die hardness of 52 ~ 55 HRC.
