Biomass briquette making machine is the main equipment to make rod solid fuel by using wood, rice husk, peanut shell, plant straw and other carbon-containing wood materials (without adding any additives) under high pressure and high temperature conditions. The machine adopts automatic constant temperature device, stable working performance at set temperature, and has the advantages of reasonable structure, simple operation and maintenance. The solid bar material produced by the machine is easy to ignite after carbonization, high calorific value (compared with the general wood by more than 20%), less pollutants, easy to store and transport, can make full use of crop residues, to achieve waste into treasure, and reduce the shortage of energy in agriculture and forestry.
The briquette making machine uses a range of natural raw materials such as sawdust, crop straw, rice husk, grass, shrub branch, bamboo and wood truncation, material head, and sugarcane slag. After these materials are pulverized by a sawdust crusher, the screw propeller and heating ring create a high-temperature and high-pressure environment to form the raw material into a hollow rod.
The briquette-making process minimizes the size of the product while increasing its density and, most importantly, its flammability. These briquettes, which can replace firewood and coal, generally come in the shape of a hollow square or hexagonal column and have an outer diameter of 50mm and a hole diameter of 15-20mm.
