Product Description:

working principle

Discharge die: It is the final pass for the product to pass through the extruder. The bearing box part is mainly composed of a bearing box body, a main shaft, a bearing, a shaft sleeve, left and right end covers, a sealing ring, and a round nut. The oil filtration cooling system is mainly composed of oil pump, cooler, oil filter, valves, connecting pipe fittings and so on.
Features:
1. The main engine adopts frequency converter to realize stepless speed regulation. The built-in screw and screw sleeve of the model are lengthened. The material rotary cutting time is long, the temperature can be adjusted, and the output torque can be adjusted to make the material have a high degree of expansion and a smooth surface. 2. Adjust different torques of the machine and different materials to make different feeds.
