Product Overview
Our fish feed/pet food extruder production line is a fully automatic integrated equipment designed for high-efficiency feed processing. It is suitable for producing floating & sinking fish feed (for tilapia, catfish, shrimp, trout) and dry/wet pet food (for dogs, cats, birds, rabbits). With a production capacity of 500KG/H-10t/h, it supports free switching between single screw and twin screw (single screw for small-scale production, cost-effective; twin screw for high output, uniform pellet quality, suitable for large-scale factories). The whole line adopts stainless steel material, which is corrosion-resistant, easy to clean, and meets food-grade standards.

Complete Line Configuration
The production line is fully equipped, no need to purchase additional equipment, and can be put into use after installation. The standard configuration includes 6 core parts:
Raw Material Mixer: Mix various raw materials (corn flour, soybean meal, fish meal, vitamin, etc.) evenly, ensuring uniform nutrition of feed.
Screw Extruder: Core equipment, single/twin screw optional, high-temperature and high-pressure extrusion, making feed pellets with good taste and easy digestion.
Dryer: Rapid drying of extruded pellets, reducing moisture content to ≤12%, extending shelf life.
Cooler: Cool down the dried pellets to room temperature, avoiding moisture regain and caking.
Sieve: Remove broken pellets and impurities, ensuring uniform pellet size and improving product quality.
Packing Machine: Automatic weighing and packing, improving packaging efficiency, suitable for commercial sales.

Working Principle
Raw Material Mixing: Put corn flour, soybean meal, fish meal, vitamin, mineral and other raw materials into the mixer, and mix them evenly.
Extrusion Molding: The mixed raw materials are sent to the screw extruder, and under high temperature and high pressure, form pellets of different sizes.
Drying & Cooling: The extruded pellets are sent to the dryer to remove excess moisture, then cooled to room temperature.
Sieving & Packing: The cooled pellets are sieved to remove broken pellets, then automatically weighed and packed.
