Description

The production process of wood pellet machine includes three steps of crushing, drying and molding, and the process is as follows:

1. Raw material crushing:

Using the cutting principle of the cutter head and the principle of hammering, the wood is directly processed into sawdust. The size of the sawdust can be adjusted through the screen, and the filtered sawdust flows out from the bottom of the screen. The operation is simple and the production efficiency is high.

2. Drying:

The material is heated in the drying room to about 50-70°C and enters the airflow drying room for heat exchange, and the temperature can reach above 100°C; the material falls in a fluffy shape in the drying room (that is, boiling drying), and further evaporates water in the hot air flow , and then filtered through the filter bag to discharge the finished product. If it is necessary to further reduce the dust content of the tail gas and use the induced draft fan, install a dust collector.

If you buy it to heat your home, sawdust moisture is high, it is recommended to mix some dry sawdust or directly in the yard to dry. When sawdust moisture is between 12%-20%, that's ok.

3. Granulation:

When the granules are cooled to the point that they are not sticky to the hands, they are released from the mold hole and become granule products with uniform particle size.

Working Principle

After the motor changes speed through the reducer, it drives the main shaft of the machine to rotate. The main shaft is connected with the pressing roller shaft. The mold is stationary, and the spindle drives the pressure roller to press the inner surface of the mold to complete the pressing process.

When working, the raw material of biomass sawdust falls vertically from the feed port, and the material is continuously and evenly distributed on the surface of the inner cavity of the mold through the rotation of the pressure roller (the contact surface between the pressure roller and the mold, and the powdery material passes through the hole of the matrix under the pressure of the pressure roller). During this process, the material is subjected to high pressure and high temperature, resulting in physical changes or appropriate chemical changes (according to the material), which promotes the powdery material to form a continuously elongated cylindrical solid body, and then cuts off the particles by a broken knife, and the particles are discharged from the discharge port. That's the process of granulation.
