Craftsmanship Details
Our manufacturing facility follows a meticulous 8-stage process for each cascading chandelier. Design drawings map every crystal strand position, metal framework components are laser-cut and welded for structural integrity, and each surface is sanded and finished. Crystal drops are individually quality-checked before mounting, and the assembled chandelier undergoes comprehensive aging and hanging tests. Final packaging uses sectional foam with reinforced plywood crating to protect every strand during international transit.
