Product Overview
The insulating oil and solid insulating materials inside transformers gradually age and deteriorate during long-term operation, decomposing to produce trace dissolved gases over time. In the event of faults such as oil insulation breakdown or excessive oil temperature, massive characteristic gases will be released rapidly. To ensure the stable operation of transformer equipment, an online monitoring system matched with a gas relay has been developed. When the gas relay triggers an alarm at the early stage of a fault, the system identifies the fault type by analyzing the gas components collected from the gas relay, providing reference for operation and maintenance staff to make judgments and prevent further escalation of accidents. Eliminating traditional manual gas sampling and on-site operations, the device effectively protects the personal safety of field personnel.
