Its dynamic friction factor is 1/2 of pa66 and pom under water lubrication conditions, second only to self-lubricating polytetrafluoroethylene (ptfe) under non-lubricated conditions. When it works in sliding or rotating condition, it is better than steel. It is better to lubricate with brass-added lubricants, so it is known as a friction material with excellent cost performance in the field of friction.
UHMWPE Liner Sheets Advantages:
1 Extraordinary wear-resistant,4~6 times higher than other plastic,6~9 times higher than steel,and 26 times higher than copper.
