Double Wire Welded Fence Panels - 868/656/545 Mesh Fencing

Double wire mesh fence also called twin wire mesh fence is extremely strong and rigid mesh fence system with a special structure - double horizontal wire welded to single vertical wire - more endurable and stable than common fence. In other words, double wire fence panel has double horizontal large diameter rods attached on both sides of the panel. It is very popular to Europe market.

Double wire fence, also known as 656 wire fence/868 wire fence, is a specially designed welded wire mesh guardrail that welds double horizontal wires to a single vertical wire. Its unique structure makes it more stable and can withstand greater pressure and impact.

Sturdy 868 double wire fence is welded from 2 pieces of 8 mm horizontal wire and 1 piece of 6 mm vertical wire. We also manufacture 656 wire fence and 545 wire fence. In them, 868 wire fence is the most rigid and sturdy mesh, the recommend sizes is 868 and 656 welded mesh panels. Made from high quality low carbon steel wire, the double wire mesh fence often used as a premier fence for school play ground and industrial or commercial premises fencing where a strong mesh fencing system is required.

Twin 868 metal welded mesh panel fencing shown in the right picture is extremely strong and has excellent rebound properties making it an ideal choice for industrial and commercial areas, also perfect for sports grounds, such as ball court, tennis court areas and parks.

Twin wire 656 flat mesh panels differ from twin 868 mesh fence panels only in the thickness of the wires. 656 is a less expensive version of the very strong 868 mesh. However, 656 is still much stronger and more rigid than most mesh panel fencing. Twin 656 mesh panel fencing is versatile and becoming increasingly popular as a fencing for schools, fencing for colleges, and fencing for industrial and commercial areas. 545 wire fence also used for school and park fencing.

• Surface treatment: Fence galvanized and coated with a polymeric composition coating does not fade in the sun and can withstand extremes of temperature. The electro galvanized level 20gram/square meter and hot dipped galvanized double mesh fence zinc level is 60gram-600gram/square meter.
