The extrusion line features fully automated stages, including material feeding, extrusion, filtration, water-cooling, stretching, embossing, and winding. A PLC control system with an HMI touchscreen provides real-time monitoring and easy parameter adjustments, helping operators manage quality control efficiently.
This system also supports multi-line configuration, allowing for simultaneous production of multiple straps to increase output and reduce per-unit production costs.
