Summay:
Air Shower is used to blow away dust on clothing, equipments, materials and tools before workers or objects enter the Clean Room; meanwhile, its Air Lock function may effectively control personnel passing in and out, as well as act as various levels of buffer room for clean room to prevent cross pollution.
Our Air Shower Machine comes with Moveable Air Blowing Nozzle which makes the air flows and vibrates while it touching the surface of the material or workers. The inner chamber of the equipments are made of Stainless Steel 304. SS316L is optional selection.
According to different using purpose, the Air Shower can be also designed as Material Flow Air Lock for removing the dust on the material and buffering place between different class clean room.

1, Fully auto controlled by computer, 2 electronic interlocking door, automatically blow and shower.
2, Duration for showering can be adjusted from 0 second to 99 seconds with time display and voice prompt. It is easy to operate with membrane touch switches.
3, Floor and nozzles are made of quality stainless steel.
4, 99.99%@0.3μm, Efficiency can reach 99.99%@033μm with pre filter and hepa filter.
5, air velocity can up to 25m/s. professional and fast design, non-standard products.
