1, it can automatically complete the folding of instructions, carton molding, opening, box packing, batch number printing, sealing and so on. And the hot melt adhesive system can be used to complete the sealing of hot melt adhesive.
2. The machine is controlled by PLC. Photoelectric monitoring parts movement, abnormal operation, can automatically stop the display reasons, in order to troubleshoot in time.
3. The main drive motor and the clutch brake are installed inside the frame, and the torque overload protector of various parts of the transmission system is installed on the board. The main drive motor can be removed from the transmission parts under overload conditions, and the safety of the whole machine can be ensured.
4. The machine has an intelligent detection device. No material, no manual, no carton, easy to work with the front equipment. During the detection process, it was found that the waste product (no drug version or instruction manual) was eliminated at the outlet, so that the product quality could meet the requirement of conformity. .
5, the machine can be used alone, and can also be used with blister packaging machine and other devices to form a complete production line.

3. Main features
This machine is suitable for packing blisters, tubes ampoules and other related objects into boxes intermittently. The highest speed can up to 100boxes/min.It has advantage of high packing efficiency and good quality. This machine can fold leaflet, open box, insert blister into box, emboss batch number and close box automatically. It adopts frequency inverter to adjust speed, human machine interface to operate, PLC to control, and photoelectric to supervise and control each station the reasons automatically, which can solve the troubles in time. This machine can be used separately, and also can be linked to other machine to be a production line. Note: this machine can also equip with hot melt glue device to do hot melt glue sealing for box.
