This mobile drum holder is designed for experimental mixers, providing efficient material handling in R&D and small-scale production. It enables vertical lifting and precise positioning of drums (bins) for seamless feeding into mixers, supporting powders, granules, and liquids. The manual Z-axis lift ensures accurate height adjustment, while the X-axis ±1° alignment system guarantees perfect coaxiality with the mixer for spill-free operation. Its portable trolley design allows easy movement between workstations, improving workflow efficiency. Ideal for chemical, food, and industrial applications, this drum holder enhances mixing precision while maintaining flexibility in lab and pilot-scale environments.
Z-Axis Manual Lift Design
Lifting mechanism: manually rotate the T-screw to realize the manual lifting and lowering of the drum in the direction of Z-axis.Simple structure, high transmission efficiency and accurate positioning.
Guiding devices: To ensure the stability of the drums during lifting and lowering, it is necessary to set up guiding devices,suchas guide wheels and or chutes. The drums are placed through the drums with the guide device to ensure that they will not shake orshift during the lifting process.
X-Axis ±1° Corrected Axis Design
Calibration principle: When the mixer is loading and unloading the barrels, the coaxiality between the mixer shaft and the barrel shaft ≤ φ0.05 can be loaded and unloaded. x-axis ±1° correction of the axis can be realized by setting an adjustable support structure on the trolley. When the material barrel is mounted on the cart, by adjusting the angle of the support structure, the axis of the material barrel can be aligned with the axis of the mixer, and the error can be controlled within ±1°.
