Product description of Bottle Unscrambler Machine
The automatic bottle unscrambler is mainly suitable for the supporting use of large-scale high-speed production equipment. It has the functions of automatic feeding, automatic bottle handling and bottle arrangement, and is an indispensable equipment for high-speed production lines.
Pour the messy bottle into the lifting hopper of the bottle unscrambler and transport it into the barrel of the bottle through the hoist belt. The guide bottle rod moves along the track into the lower bottle box, flips down in the lower bottle box, and then passes the star wheel into the wind.
The chain is connected, the wind-feeding chain is connected with the filling machine, and the three-in-one unit is flushed, filled and sealed. The full working process is automatically controlled by the PLC program controller.
main features of Bottle Unscrambler Machine
1. Main motor reducer adopts torque limiting mechanism to prevent machine damage in case of failure.
2. Adopt two push and row bottle mechanism to ensure that each drop bottle station has bottles and improve the efficiency of bottle delivery.
3. Adopt bottle mouth conveying air duct to avoid tipping the bottle during conveying.
4. With the card bottle detector, card bottle automatically stop and alarm.
5.A no-bottle detector is set to send a working signal to the bottle elevator, which will automatically replenish the bottle.
6.The bottle air Conveyor is equipped with photoelectric switch to control the start and stop of the bottle sorting machine.
7.The main motor is adjustable through the man-machine interface, which can easily set the production speed and automatically start and stop according to the status of the bottle on the air Conveyor.
8.The bottle sorting machine is equipped with oil injector, which can easily lubricate the gears, bearings and cams.
