The equipment's adhesive suction operation is precisely executed on both sides of the bag opening via specialized vacuum suction cups. The balance in this movement ensures that the bag opens evenly and consistently, regardless of the bag's material or thickness.
Following the pulling action, the bag clamping grips move synchronously toward the middle, applying a controlled squeeze. This squeezing motion further secures the bag in place while helping to fully expand the opening, ensuring that there is ample space for the material to be smoothly filled into the bag. The combination of the simultaneous pulling and the synchronized squeezing of the clamping grips works in perfect harmony to achieve an efficient and reliable bag opening effect, laying a solid foundation for the subsequent packaging steps.
It's important to note that different bag materials necessitate the use of different types of suction cups. For example, thin and lightweight plastic bags require suction cups with a gentler grip to avoid damaging the material, while thicker and more rigid composite bags need suction cups with stronger suction power to ensure a firm hold. Suction cups for porous materials like paper bags are designed with special air flow channels to maintain effective suction despite the material's permeability. By matching the appropriate suction cups to the specific bag material, the equipment can consistently achieve optimal bag opening performance, adapting to the diverse requirements of various packaging applications.
