Description
This printable Tyvek steam sterilization roll is built for 121℃ steam workflows, combining Tyvek’s proven microbial barrier and steam permeability with on-demand custom cutting and full printing capabilities for GMP traceability. Using DuPont Tyvek 1059B/1073B as the core (spunbonded olefin, low-linting, tear-resistant), it is corona-treated for ink adhesion and paired with optional heat-sealable layers for easy pouch making—you cut to any length/width on-site to fit variable loads (rubber stoppers, glass bottles, instruments, PPE) without wasting material.
The water-based ink is validated to withstand 121℃ sterilization (≥4B adhesion, no fading/peeling), supporting custom content like batch numbers, expiry dates, and anti-counterfeiting QR codes critical for pharma/hospital supply chains. It undergoes 100% seal integrity and microbial barrier testing, meeting ISO and FDA standards.
