Q: How much material is needed for a development run?

Q: Can shaped tablets be produced for development purposes?
Yes. Optional shaped tooling sets (oval, capsule, triangle, convex, concave) are available. Shaped tablets up to 23mm maximum length can be compressed, making this press suitable for developing specialty dosage forms.
