Yes, the HRD-100 is specially designed for online continuous production and can be directly connected to the discharge chute of any standard rotary tablet press. Its core functions include dedusting and deburring to remove static dust and burrs on tablet surfaces while conveying tablets upward.

The HRD-100 has strong compatibility and can process various solid dosage forms. It fits round, oval, oblong and other special geometric tablets with a conventional diameter range of 5 mm to 25 mm.
The equipment adopts a fully enclosed structure, with standard dust collection ports reserved at the bottom and sides. Yes, the HRD-100 must be connected to an external industrial vacuum cleaner or dust collector to continuously extract separated powder dust.
