The TW-C121 Automatic Cylindrical Desiccant Insertion Machine is a fully automatic inline station designed to insert column-type desiccant canisters into pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, and health supplement bottles during the packaging process. Using a precision rotary turntable feeding mechanism, the machine picks, orients, and drops one desiccant canister into each bottle passing through the conveyor—ensuring moisture protection for every packaged product.
With a capacity of 60-70 bottles per minute and compatibility with round, oblate, square, and oblate square bottles, the TW-C121 integrates seamlessly between upstream tablet counting/filling machines and downstream capping equipment. The PLC touch screen control with multiple monitoring and alarm functions ensures continuous, unattended operation with automatic fault detection and no-bottle-no-insertion protection.
