Our FZH series square cone blender is a high-efficiency rotary mixing machine engineered for homogeneous blending of dry powders and granular materials across pharmaceutical, food, fine chemical, new energy and feed industries. The square cone vessel rotates along the horizontal axis, driving continuous material convection, shear and diffusion to achieve reliable mixing performance, even for formulations containing trace active ingredients.

Constructed with full stainless steel 304/316L, the smooth internal wall eliminates dead corners for thorough cleaning, fully complying with GMP food and pharmaceutical production standards. The enclosed mixing structure drastically reduces dust leakage and cross-contamination; gentle rotation avoids particle crushing, making it ideal for fragile granular raw materials. This equipment requires minimal maintenance, features adjustable rotating speed and customizable vessel volume to match batch production demands.
