Description:

The basket-type tablet press adopts a vertical single-column heavy-duty pressing structure, specially designed for producing large-size heavy tablets, such as camphor blocks, disinfectant pieces, washing blocks and industrial pressed pieces. Raw powder materials are fed into the stainless steel feeding hopper, and the flexible connecting pipeline ensures smooth powder conveying without blockage. Driven by the main motor, the large balance flywheel provides stable and powerful pressing force. The upper and lower punches move vertically up and down reciprocally. When the mold cavity is fully filled with powder, the heavy pressing mechanism applies strong uniaxial pressure to compact loose powder into dense, complete solid tablets. After forming, the punch automatically lifts up, and finished tablets are pushed out for continuous cyclic production.

Driven by the industrial main motor, the oversized orange balance flywheel rotates synchronously to store kinetic energy, delivering consistent, powerful uniaxial compression force. The upper and lower punches perform vertical reciprocating motion: the lower punch descends first to create an empty mold cavity, powder flows in to fill the cavity to a preset depth, then the upper punch drops rapidly. Under the strong mechanical pressure transmitted by the flywheel, loose granular powder is tightly compressed into solid, uniform tablets with stable hardness. After compression finishes, the upper punch rises, the lower punch lifts to eject finished tablets, and the whole feeding-filling-compression-discharging cycle repeats automatically for uninterrupted mass production.
