Description:
Various powdered raw materials are precisely conveyed into the mixing container of the equipment via an automated batching system. Under the high-speed rotation and pushing action of the powerful agitator at the bottom, the materials quickly form a uniform fluidized state, achieving thorough mixing of the powder materials from all angles. After the uniform mixing process, the equipment's built-in high-pressure atomizing spray gun precisely injects a binder solution, allowing the dry powder to fully saturate and fuse, gradually forming a soft, moist material.
Under the combined shearing, crushing, and granulation forces of continuous stirring and turning, and the high-speed crushing and cutting blades on the cylinder wall, the moist material is rapidly shaped and refined, efficiently producing high-quality wet granules with uniform particle size, appropriate density, and excellent forming effect. The entire granulation process is closed and clean, with smooth and continuous steps, resulting in well-formed granules that fully comply with GMP production standards in the pharmaceutical, food, and chemical industries.The equipment complies with GMP production standards, producing excellent granulation results with uniform and compact particles.
