Description:
The experimental coating machine is an integrated unit comprising the main unit, air handling unit, exhaust system, and control system. During operation, the tablet core moves continuously along a complex trajectory within a clean, sealed rotating drum under the action of a stirrer.Hot air rapidly evaporates the solvent in the droplets, forming a continuous and uniform thin film layer on the material surface, completing the coating process. The equipment can precisely control parameters such as temperature, rotation speed, spray volume, and airflow to ensure a stable and controllable coating process.
Controlled by a computer, the coating material is automatically sprayed according to the set process parameters. At the same time, hot air is supplied under a controllable negative pressure. The hot air is discharged through the bottom of the tablet core, so that the coating medium sprayed on the surface of the tablet core is dried quickly and evenly, thereby forming a strong, dense, flat and smooth surface film on the surface of the tablet core.
