Description:
The working principle of a production-type coating machine is as follows: Tablets, pills, or other materials are added to the coating pan. After the equipment starts, the coating pan rotates continuously at a set speed, causing the materials to constantly tumble, mix, and exchange positions within the pan. Simultaneously, the spray gun system evenly atomizes the prepared coating solution and sprays it onto the material surface. A hot air system introduces clean, hot air into the pan, causing the moisture or solvent in the coating solution to evaporate rapidly, gradually forming a uniform, smooth, and dense coating film on the material surface.
Throughout the coating process, the exhaust system promptly removes moisture and dust, maintaining a dry environment inside the pan. By controlling parameters such as pan rotation speed, inlet air temperature, airflow, spray volume, and atomization pressure, a uniform coating thickness and glossy appearance can be ensured, while reducing issues such as tablet sticking, uneven tablet formation, and color differences. This makes it suitable for large-scale continuous production.The machine is suitable for batch continuous production, is easy to operate, runs smoothly, and can adjust the speed, temperature, air volume and liquid spray volume according to different process requirements to meet the production requirements of different specifications of products.
