Typical production capacities range from 500 L/h to 50,000 L/h. By combining pretreatment, hot water sanitizable reverse osmosis, EDI polishing, sanitary storage, and distribution circulation, the system provides an advanced purified water generation solution for GMP environments.
This system integrates hot water sanitizable reverse osmosis membranes with EDI polishing technology to produce purified water while reducing microbial risk and supporting hygienic process design.
Raw water first passes through pretreatment, then enters the hot water sanitizable RO system for desalination. The EDI polishing unit continuously removes residual ions from RO permeate to achieve stable low-conductivity water.
