A pharma RO water system with SS316L sanitary storage tank is designed to produce, store, and supply stable purified water for clean utility applications.
Typical production capacities range from 500 L/h to 50,000 L/h. By combining pretreatment, reverse osmosis purification, UV sterilization, SS316L sanitary storage, and optional distribution circulation, the system provides a stable purified water solution.
This system is a complete purified water generation and storage solution for facilities that require reliable low-conductivity water, hygienic storage, and stable water supply.
The RO membrane system removes dissolved salts, particles, organic impurities, microorganisms, and other contaminants. After RO purification, the treated water is transferred into an SS316L sanitary storage tank.
The storage tank can be designed with spray ball cleaning, vent filter, level control, sanitary manway, temperature monitoring, and optional ozone or UV circulation.
