An RO EDI water generation system for pharma manufacturing is designed to produce stable purified water for clean utility applications requiring low conductivity, continuous operation, and reliable water quality control.
Typical production capacities range from 500 L/h to 50,000 L/h. By combining pretreatment, reverse osmosis, EDI polishing, UV sterilization, sanitary storage, and optional distribution circulation, the system provides a high-efficiency purified water generation solution.
This system combines reverse osmosis membrane separation and electrodeionization polishing technology. It is designed for facilities that require stable water quality, automatic operation, reduced chemical use, and hygienic system design.
The RO stage removes dissolved salts, organic impurities, microorganisms, particles, and ionic contaminants. The EDI polishing unit further removes residual ions after RO treatment to maintain stable low-conductivity water output.
