The 1500L Automated Solution Preparation System is designed for large-scale hygienic liquid mixing and preparation. Equipped with full automatic PLC control and integrated CIP/SIP capabilities, the system ensures consistent product quality, repeatable operation, and efficient cleaning/sterilization cycles.
Constructed with SS316L contact parts and a sanitary design, it meets high cleanliness standards and is suitable for continuous and batch processing applications.
Process Description:
Water and materials are introduced into the mixing tank through automated dosing. The agitator ensures homogeneous mixing. Temperature control is achieved via the jacket system. The solution is circulated, filtered, and transferred. CIP/SIP systems ensure internal cleanliness and sterilization without dismantling.
