The 1000L Food Grade Mixing System is designed for the preparation, blending, dissolution, temperature control, filtration, and transfer of beverage, syrup, juice, flavored drinks, and other liquid food products.
The system uses an SS316L product-contact mixing tank with a hygienic internal structure and variable-speed agitation. Depending on the production process, it can be equipped with a heating and cooling jacket, sanitary transfer pump, filtration unit, ingredient dosing connections, buffer tank, spray cleaning device, process instruments, and automatic control system.
Compared with a standalone mixing tank, this integrated beverage mixing system provides a complete solution from ingredient preparation to finished liquid transfer, helping improve mixing efficiency, batch consistency, cleaning convenience, and production control.
A typical beverage and syrup preparation process can be arranged as follows:
During operation, treated water is first introduced into the mixing tank according to the required batch volume. Sugar, concentrate, flavor, powder, or other liquid ingredients are then added in a controlled sequence.
The agitator provides continuous circulation to promote uniform blending and dissolution. For syrup preparation, the jacket can provide heating to accelerate sugar dissolution and reduce product viscosity.
After mixing is completed, the prepared liquid can pass through a sanitary filtration unit before being transferred to a buffer tank or downstream filling equipment.
