Product Name: UPVC RO Water Treatment System for Electronic Industry
A double pass RO water filter plant is a two-stage RO system that is designed to produce ultra-pure water with a very low level of impurities. The first stage of the system removes larger particles and impurities from the feed water, while the second stage uses a high-rejection RO membrane to remove dissolved solids and other impurities from the water.
In an electroplating double pass RO water filter plant, the second stage of the system is often followed by a mixed-bed ion exchange resin, which further removes any remaining ions that were not removed by the RO membrane. The mixed-bed resin contains both cation and anion exchange resins, which work together to remove all remaining ions and produce ultra-pure water.
The purified water produced by the double pass RO water filter plant is typically stored in a dedicated tank and then fed directly to the electroplating process. The high-purity water produced by the system ensures that the electroplating process is consistent and that the final product is of high quality.
